Preventing Photosensitisation in Sheep (Pre-project)
Photosensitisation, also known as yellowses or alveld (Norw.), is an ailment in sheep that causes liver damage, swelling of the face and hypersensitivity to sunlight. The ailment has been a varying, but nonetheless important cause of losses in small livestock herds kept on rough grazing land in coastal areas.

The pre-project aims to develop a prototype of a capsule containing substances that can bind the toxins causing yellowses in lambs.
